Payment, invoice and cancellation

PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND CONFIRMATION

Payment of the registration fee can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

A confirmation by email will be sent to each participant upon receipt of payment by Eventually Events.


INVOICE

The registration fee can be invoiced to either the individual participant or the University/Company.
 Please take note of the following in order to correctly fill out the online form.

  1. Invoice to the individual participant

    • Provide your residential/private address and, if possible, also the tax code

    • For Italian citizens, the tax code (codice fiscale) or VAT number (partita IVA) is MANDATORY

  2. Invoice to the University/Company

    • Provide your University/Company address

    • The tax code (partita IVA – VAT number) of the University/Company is MANDATORY

    • For Italian Universities/Companies, the SDI/CODICE UNIVOCO is MANDATORY for electronic invoicing (according to the Italian Fiscal Law)


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to the Administration Office of the Organizing Secretariat: amministrazione@eventuallyevents.it.

Refund policy:

  • Until  June 1st, 2026: The full fee will be refunded

  • From June 2nd, 2026 to June, 30th 2026: Refund of 50% of the fees paid

  • From July 1st, 2026: No refund will be processed
